EXCHANGE & MONEY BACK GUARANTEE POLICY

1. Exchange Policy
1.1. We do accept exchanges if the item you purchased is defective. If you receive a defective item, please contact Company immediately within 30 days of your purchase, with details of the product and the defect.
2. 30 days Money Back Guarantee
2.1. We accept returns. You can return unopened items in the original packaging within 30 days of your purchase, with Valid Sales Receipt and Delivery Order as proof of purchase.
2.2. If 30 days or more have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a refund or an exchange.
2.3. The returns conditions as following:
2.3.1. Originally purchase of 10 units or below, full refund on the purchase price will be granted with 30 days of purchase.
2.3.2. Originally purchase of 10 units above, full refund will be granted within 7 days of purchase, after that 60% refund on the purchase price for the remaining date up to 30 days of purchase.
2.4. Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale or discounted items are non-refundable.
2.5. FOC items given under your purchase must be returned and excluded from your refund request.
2.6. By requesting refund, you are agreed to accept termination of your membership or agency with Company upon release of the refund money.
3. Shipment & Charges
3.1. Refunds do not include any shipping and handling charges shown on the packaging slip or invoice. Shipping charges for all returns and exchange must be prepaid and insured by you. You are responsible for any loss or damage during shipment. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
3.2. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Any amounts refunded will not include the cost of shipping.
